Professional Biography

I trained at one of Canada’s top culinary schools, where I built a foundation in classic technique, menu development, and kitchen discipline. After graduating, I worked in some of Toronto’s busiest and most respected kitchens.Working in fine dining was invaluable, but I wanted more room to create and work closely with the people I cook for. That led me to private chef work. Now I design meals for clients who want thoughtful cooking, seasonal ingredients, and a deeper sense of care at their table.




Culinary Philosophy

Seasonal sourcing shapes every menu I make. I buy directly from small farms, farmers’ markets, and a few trusted foragers, choosing produce at peak ripeness and building menus around what’s freshest that week.I prioritize growers who care for soil and biodiversity, and I rely on ongoing conversations with them to guide what I cook. It keeps my food rooted in the region and keeps each menu honest to the season.








Living Pantry

My pantry is alive!I keep a rotation of sourdough starters, kombucha cultures, and lacto-fermented vegetables that shift with the season. Each brings depth, brightness, and a sense of place to my cooking. These living ingredients help bring balance in a menu.

Household Private Chef & Meal Planning

I work with households who want thoughtful, well-prepared food on a regular basis. This can include weekly meal planning, in-home cooking days, or short-term private chef support. My approach leans Mediterranean in spirit, focusing on vegetables, grains, legumes, good fats, and simply prepared proteins. Menus are seasonal, balanced, and tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, with an emphasis on nourishment, variety, and ease. The goal is to bring consistency and care to everyday meals, without adding friction to your routine.










Events & Gatherings

I design and execute private dining experiences ranging from intimate dinners to refined fine-dining events for larger groups. Each gathering is approached with careful attention to the space, guest count, and structure of service. Menus are developed to support the flow of the evening, with a strong focus on timing, consistency, and hospitality.From sourcing and kitchen coordination to service execution, every detail is managed with precision so the experience feels smooth and considered. The result is a composed, restaurant-level meal delivered in a private setting, where guests can fully engage with the food and the occasion.
